Everyone possesses all six drivers to a greater or lesser extent. Only the combination and the mutual relationship differ. It is precisely that unique mix that determines what motivates someone, where someone's attention is directed, how decisions are made, and how someone collaborates with others. Therefore, there is no ideal profile. The strength lies in recognizing and utilizing differences.
Drivers are context-dependent
Your basic drivers remain relatively stable, but the way you use them changes. A manager uses their drivers differently than a project leader. The phase in which a team or organization finds itself sometimes requires a different emphasis. Drivers therefore not only explain behavior but also help understand why people react differently in various situations.
