Insight requires a solid foundation

Why scientific evidence matters

People make decisions every day about development, collaboration, and leadership. The insights on which those choices are based must be reliable.

Therefore, a methodology needs more than recognizable profiles or practical applications. The underlying theory must align with scientific knowledge about human behavior, and the outcomes must demonstrably correspond with reality. It is precisely this combination that makes a methodology valuable for organizations.

Based on scientific insights

The Management Drives methodology builds on insights from various scientific disciplines that together explain why people do what they do.

These include:

  1. Motivation psychology
  2. Behavioral sciences
  3. Organizational studies
  4. Leadership
  5. Change management

By combining this knowledge, a practical methodology is created that helps to better understand behavior, collaboration, and organizational development.

Onafhankelijk wetenschappelijk gevalideerd

Keep developing

New insights into human behavior are never static. The Management Drives methodology is also continuously developed further based on scientific insights, practical experience, and feedback from professionals. This way, the methodology remains aligned with the challenges of organizations and the latest knowledge about motivation and behavior.
