Mission, vision, strategy, and implementation

The management team held a workshop where they gained insight into their own profiles and those of their colleagues. This led to a better understanding of each other and, with the help of the daily MD app, they improved their collaboration and communication. This is a team with many orange hues, ambitious, result-oriented, and opportunistic.

The challenge they faced was the deterioration of the market. Each member of the management team sensed this and tried to proactively anticipate the changes, looking for new opportunities and possibilities. But each member charted his/her own course.
