Leadership and development begin with understanding. During the MD Ambassador training, you will discover how drivers influence behavior and how to use these insights to lead better, motivate colleagues, support their development, and strengthen collaboration.
You will learn to understand and apply the Management Drives methodology in your own role. This way, you enhance the human aspect of collaboration without becoming a certified user of the methodology yourself.
