In good company

Whether it's about your team, your leadership, the culture, a change, or the collaboration, the cause often lies deeper than the behavior you see. Every solution from Management Drives therefore starts with the same insight: what truly drives people.

Culture changes through behavior, not words.
A strong organizational culture does not arise from core values or ambitions on paper. It emerges in the way people collaborate, communicate, and make choices every day.

People don't change because they have to.
A strategy, implementation plan, or transition only succeeds when people understand why the change is necessary and can identify with it. This is precisely where support for sustainable change emerges.

Leadership that moves people
Effective leadership is not about one leadership style. It is about understanding what people need to take responsibility, collaborate, and bring out the best in themselves.
Six drivers
One common language.
Management Drives summarizes what motivates people into six drives, each with its own color. Everyone has all six, in a unique proportion. Make these visible and you understand behavior, collaboration, and leadership in one language.

The management team held a workshop where they gained insight into their own profiles and those of their colleagues. This led to a better understanding of each other and, with the help of the daily MD app, they improved their collaboration and communication. This is a team with many shades of orange, ambitious, results-oriented, and opportunistic.
The challenge they faced was the deterioration of the market. Each member of the management team sensed this and tried to proactively anticipate the changes, seeking new opportunities and possibilities. However, each member charted his/her own course.
