Understand why people

do what they do and

make it visible

Discover in 20 minutes

what truly drives you.

Many behavioral and personality models reveal how people behave. This provides valuable insights, but behavior doesn't tell the whole story.

Behind behavior lie drivers: the intrinsic motivations that determine why people make choices, collaborate, and react the way they do. By making these drivers visible, a deeper understanding of behavior and the dynamics between people emerges.

Good People Do Not Automatically Form a Strong Team

Everyone brings knowledge, experience, and talent. Yet some teams collaborate effortlessly, while others continue to struggle with communication, decision-making, or change.

The difference is not just in behavior. It lies in what motivates people.

By making the drivers behind behavior visible, there is more understanding of differences and a shared language that strengthens collaboration, leadership, and organizational development.

From awareness

to impact

Awareness only gains value when it leads to different behavior. Only when people understand themselves and each other better, do better conversations, stronger collaboration, and more effective leadership emerge.

The insights from the Management Drives methodology help translate motivations into daily practice. From personal development and team dynamics to leadership, organizational culture, and change management. This creates a grasp on the human side and an organization that collaborates better, learns faster, and performs sustainably.

Independently scientifically validated

In addition to the theoretical basis, it has also been investigated whether the methodology actually measures what it intends to measure.

In 2022 and 2024, Leiden University (Faculty of Social Sciences) conducted two independent scientific studies on the validity of the Management Drives methodology. Both studies show that the profiles adequately describe the motivations of professionals in the workplace and that participants recognize themselves well in them. This officially makes the Management Drives profile scientifically validated.
