Have your team work together better and perform at its best. Management Drives offers a team performance programme that can be tailored to your specific situation.

Structure of the session

After a brief introduction, you will be asked a number of questions about how you experience the culture within your team or organisation. This is followed immediately by an explanation of the drives and personal and team profiles.

During the second part of the workshop, the focus is on development opportunities. The culture measurement is discussed in relation to the team profi le, which is then used to determine development paths and performance improvement areas.

You then start fleshing out the practical aspects of these development paths and performance improvement areas. The concrete improvement agreements are recorded and incorporated into a timeline. Finally, periodic progress measurements are carried out and the necessary adjustments made.
