Management Drives questionnaire
The Management Drives questionnaire measures the drives of individuals, which we then use as the basis for the service we provide. In addition to personal insights and insights into the drives of colleagues, the method also yields a highly recognisable picture of the organisation’s culture and the working methods of the teams and departments.
The method helps you clarify your working style and determine the advantages, risks and opportunities of that style. What the test is not is a tool to measure whether you are competent, clever or congenial, or possibly meet any other type of criteria that aim to standardise. Management Drives advocates a positive approach that is both constructive and strengthening.
Recognising and acknowledging drives
The questionnaire measures what motivates you, where your priorities lie, how you view the organisation, and how this colours your style of thinking, acting and communicating. It helps you to recognise and acknowledge both your drives and those of your colleagues.
Drives largely determine how we function in a team or organisation. Everyone has a drive to some degree inorder to feel safe, gain respect, structure matters, attain results, search for harmony and understand issues. These drives have a different intensity and sequence for everyone, resulting in an enormous diversity of individuals.
The Management Drives questionnaire measures these drives quickly and accurately. By assigning each drive a colour, the results can be expressed in a clear-cut and accessible manner. This does not simplify the way in which people are viewed, but offers a common language to demonstrate and discuss any differences. The individual results can then be compiled, yielding a good cultural image of a team, department or organisation.
|The MD questionnaire is administered in over 30 countries and is currently available in the following languages:
Questionnaires prepared in the various languages can be jointly processed and compared.
