Individual Profiles

The MD Certification Training for individual profiles is focused on measuring, interpreting, understanding and applying individual test results. The participant will learn how to explain these profiles in a way the test candidate recognizes himself. The tricky thing here is the value-free feedback. Your own values heavily determine how you look at the values of the person you are looking at. Therefore there is extensive attention to this aspect.

What are the benefits?
The MD Certification Training for individual profiles gives you a theoretical foundation regarding drives and worldviews, on which our explanation of individual profiles is based. You learn to analyze the profiles and give value-free feedback, with which you can quickly get a profound insight into the drives of a person. How is this person motivated? Is this individual focused on ratio, and emotion or instinct? Does he want to contribute something, really realize or be more existential over viewing? Is it Dreams or Deeds? What gives him energy and what gives him very negative feelings? Additionally, drives are predictors of behavior!

Duration
4 days, spread over about 3 weeks. Self Study time: 2 to 3 days before and between training days.
