What are the benefits?
After this training you ‘ll get significantly more depth in the reading of MD profiles. It lays your own profile under the microscope and shows you to read the profiles of others with the same depth. The training will also discuss how you can use MD profiles even better in your own way of working. Topics such as teaching, coaching, leadership styles and development are extensively discussed. Finally, you'll discover a method to refine and use the energy balance, you learn to quickly determine strengths, pitfalls and challenges and get an introduction to the drive Umbridge.
