What is Management Drives

A new way of looking at organizations

Management Drives (MD) is a new way of looking at organizations. MD is a method which immediately reveals just how all people and organizations have specific dominant mind-frames. This in turn results in these people and organizations continual tendency to over-exaggerate. In fact we are, in effect, prisoners of our mind-frames.

An insight into these mind-frames (which we measure in the form of drives) extends much further than many people realize. These drives largely determine how individuals and organizations perform, since an individual’s drive governs their behavior, their perceptions, their motivation for doing something or not doing something, the issues they prefer to focus on, and their management and decision-making styles. Moreover this mind-frame also determines what is never enough, or what is always too much…

The combination of drives present in every form of collaboration ultimately determines the interactions that take place. Do we understand each other and supplement each other – or are we continually at loggerheads and always talking at cross-purposes?
