MD Certification training Individual Profiles
The MD Certification Training for individual profiles is a three day course, focussing on measuring, interpreting, understanding and applying individual test results. The participant learns how to pass on these results so that there is a high level of recognition with the test candidate. The most difficult part is giving feedback that is free from judgements. Your own values always define how you view the values of another. A great deal of attention will, therefore, be paid to this. You will also receive a software package (viewer) to ‘read’ the tests and present them.
Taking a written and oral exam, with good results, forms part of the requirements for becoming certified. The certificate is a condition of setting up a user’s agreement with which tests can be taken (for further information: see Concept for trainers and advisers and the Partner programme).
Results give a quick, in-depth insight into the person’s profile. Is this individual’s style of thinking reasoning, social and/or instinctive? Does he want to contribute to something, realise something or consider something more existentially? What degree of freedom? Dreams or deeds? In which section of the Values matrix does the rest of the group really place him? And the task they face? In which direction must the organisation develop further and how does the person find that now? What role does he play in this? Which emotions does he come up against?
The completely updated brochures guide you and the test candidate through the analysis and also give the test candidate easier access to what you have told him. The proven power of the instrument now, finally, has the same professionalism in the test results’ report and the accompanying explanation material.

The training
- will be held in Doorn
- comprises three separate days from 09.30 to 17.00 between the days you have the chance to take the written exam (forms part of the training).
