MD Certification training Groups, Teams and Organisation advice
The MD Certification Training for Groups, teams and organisation advice is a three day course, focussing on measuring, interpreting, understanding and applying group profiles. The participant learns how to read group results, to pose extra questions regarding the organisation and team culture and how to advise the group.
This training is a follow-up to the certification course for individual profiles.
Target group:
MD certified managers and advisers who work with groups and wish to understand the group culture better.
Investment:
€ 2,495 excl. VAT
(This includes location, training material, lunch, coffee and tea).
Schedule:
- Reading and feeding back group profiles
- Working with groups with specific drivers
- Taking a short organisation culture assessment
- Advising the group on the basis of the results

The training:
- will be held in Doorn
- comprises three separate days from 09.30 to 17.00 Between the days you have the chance to take the written exam (forms part of the training).
- maximum group size of 10 people
- can, of course, be carried out by Management Drives “in company” (for 6 people or more)
