MD also offers other organizations an opportunity to use this method. We provide both the knowledge and the resources required to use the method to both direct customers, in the form of licenses (whereby officers in the customer’s organization are trained to use the method), and to colleague management consultancies and training agencies (our partners). We offer a variety of courses for this purpose. Training is available both for general groups and for groups from a specific organization (in-house training).

Licensees are offered the opportunity to conduct and process tests in complete independence within their organization, and consequently they are, in principle, able to make use of the product without external assistance. To this end we train officers in your organization to analyze individual and group tests, interpret the results, and provide feedback to the staff who completed the test. This approach enables your organization to make autonomous use of Management Drives as an organizational development tool.

We provide our customers an Internet test facility for the completion of tests in four languages (Dutch, French, German and English). The users are then able to organize tests on their personal website and download the results to the special MD management tool.

A license is particularly profitable for customers wishing to make more structural use of the tool.
