Individual drives
Acceptance & Rejection
The acceptance and rejection matrices reveal what motivates people, and how they view the world and their organization. The acceptance triplet reveals how people act in specific situations. The circles in the matrix give an impression of the underlying relationship between the drives. The acceptance score offers a strong indication of people’s behavior; it reveals the sequence in which they think, observe, and act. The rejection matrix charts the individual’s negative feelings associated with their drives.
A/R score
This score reveals the extent to which people put their work and their duties into perspective or, conversely, the extent to which they feel closely involved and perceive the tasks they are required to perform as simple fact. Individuals with a marked tendency to put their work into perspective exhibit a form of filter between their drives and the manner in which they act. They act in accordance with their values only when they perceive something as being really relevant.
Energy balance
The energy balance reveals the balance between acceptance and rejection. The pluses in the matrix indicate drives that generate energy; the minuses indicate the drives that consume energy.
‘Reading’ these results enables us to identify and designate a large number of behavioral aspects, ranging from communications style and leadership style to temporal experience and emotional patterns.
Individual drives can be merged to obtain Group drives.
