The Management Drives Test is an online test which measures the drives of individual employees, teams, departments, or entire organizations. An improved insight into these drives enables companies to improve communications, make better use of human resources, and improve the performance of their teams.

The test is suitable for everyone with a job. More than 100,000 individuals from every conceivable sector have already completed the test, ranging from hairdressers and bus-drivers to captains of industry and ministers.

What does the test measure?
The drives we all possess largely determine our performance in a team or organization. These drives are in turn determined by our neurophysiology and factors in our surroundings. A distinction can be made between six drives possessed by all individuals – and these drives can be measured. All individuals exhibit these drives in a different sequence, and in different intensities. This in turn results in a large number of different profiles.

We use colors to identify these six specific drives.

The Management Drives test carries out a rapid and accurate measurement of these drives. The colors ensure for the explicit and readily-comprehensible display of the results.

The procedure
All team members who are to complete a test receive a brief explanation from a certified MD Trainer. The test – an online questionnaire – takes about 20 minutes to complete. Management Drives processes the answers using a special analytical program.

Various languages
The Management Drives test is currently available in Dutch, English, French and German. Tests made in various languages can be processed simultaneously.

Testresultaten
The test results as processed by Management Drives are presented in a number of matrices that give an explicit insight into:

1. Individual drives
2. Group drives

A certified MD Trainer assists you to draw conclusions from the results. These conclusions can give cause to the need for specific measures.

Fees
€ 200 per test – the price is exclusive of the explanation relating to the test. Discounts are granted for larger volumes and company licenses.
